The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from this website. Please read them carefully before you submit an order to us. These terms and conditions explain who we are, how we will provide products to you, what to do if there is a problem, and other important information. and you may wish to print a copy for future reference. Use of this website by you, and purchase of any goods from us, is conditional upon your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions may be changed at any time without the need to let you know. It is therefore your responsibility to check periodically for any changes. Use of our website means you have accepted these terms and conditions. If unacceptable please leave now.

No other terms and conditions shall apply to the sale of our goods.

These terms and conditions and the purchase by you of any goods from us shall be governed in all respects (including formation and interpretation) by English Law and any dispute arising under or in connection with the foregoing shall be determined through the English Courts.

In these terms and conditions “goods” include accessories.

  1. Orders:
    No order for goods shall be binding upon us unless and until accepted by us in writing, usually by email. Until that time, no contract exists between us. We reserve the right to decline any order placed with us in our entire discretion.
  2. Availability of Goods:
    All goods are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. This might be because the product is out of stock, or because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product. If for any reason the goods ordered are not available you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. We will not be held responsible for compensating you for any losses you may suffer if we are unable to supply the requested goods.
  3. Description of Goods:
    We take care to ensure that details, descriptions and prices within our website are correct but errors may occur and we reserve the right to alter the same at any time. We also reserve the right to change the specification of the goods we sell.
    If you are in any doubt about the item you wish to purchase we recommend you contact us at to discuss the goods in more detail. In the event of products being listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If we have already charged you for the order we will subsequently cancel your order and immediately issue a refund to your account or card.
    The images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we make every effort to display the products and colours carefully and accurately, our products are handmade and small variances may occur (for example, in colour) when goods are displayed on our site and we accept no responsibility for such matters unless the variance is substantial.
    Treatments: No liability will be accepted for changes in appearance, performance, or defects in any of our fabrics if they are treated after purchase by spraying or processing of any kind, including flame proofing or the application of stain repelling treatments.
  4. Prices:
    All prices quoted are in pounds sterling and include all taxes at current rates.
    Prices are subject to change at any time before we accept an order from you.
    Delivery where applicable will be charged separately (see below).
  5. Delivery and Delivery Charges:
    We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 days of confirmation of order.
    All quoted delivery times are estimates only. Time shall not be of the essence in relation to the delivery of any goods.
    The cost of delivery to the UK will be displayed to you on our website, and will vary depending on the nature and number of the product(s) you are ordering. There may be additional costs if you would like us to delivery your products outside the UK. This will be advised at the time of the order.
    All goods shall remain our property (notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk) until the price for the product and delivery have been paid for in full. Products will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product(s) to the address you gave us.
  6. Payment:
    Payments are accepted on most major credit or debit cards via our secure server. All orders are positively credit card sanctioned prior to dispatch. We can accept no responsibility if any order is delayed as a result of incorrectly supplied details.
    Purchases made from outside the UK will automatically be converted into Sterling at the time of purchase.
    Credit and debit card numbers are encrypted when your order is placed and are not held in clear text on any web site. All card and payment details are securely processed and we do not see any of these details, we simply receive confirmation that your transaction has been authorised with your nominated card provider. None of your details will be passed onto any third party or used for any other purpose other than those that have been authorised by you.
  7. Your Invoice:
    All retail sales are supplied with a full invoice giving a description of the goods purchased, the price paid and delivery charges, including VAT.


Where goods received by you are faulty, damaged or there is a shortfall then please contact us straight away. Receipt of damaged or faulty goods should be notified to us within 7 days and returned to us within 14 days. Costs of return of damaged or faulty goods will be covered by us. No claim will be accepted outside this time limit. Any re-delivery is subject to the safe return of any faulty or damaged goods or (as appropriate) the provision by you of such proof of a shortfall as we may reasonably require. We will replace or exchange damaged or faulty products at no charge, or alternatively to refund the cost of purchase. Where we accept liability to provide replacement goods we will refund any reasonable postage charges incurred by you in returning any goods.

In the event that accessories purchased from us are damaged or faulty.

All goods are returned to us at your risk.

Other than as set out above we accept no liability in relation to faulty or damaged goods, or any shortfall, on delivery. In no event shall our liability exceed the value of the goods in question.

Throws and Cushions; In the event that accessories purchased from Lucy Marsh Interiors are faulty we will be happy to replace at no charge or alternatively to refund the cost of purchase. Receipt of faulty goods should be notified to Lucy Marsh Interiors within 7 days and returned to Lucy Marsh Interiors within 14 days. Costs of return of faulty goods will be covered by Lucy Marsh Interiors.

Due to the bespoke nature of the cushions we cannot offer refunds, but can offer an exchange or credit note.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Force majuere

Notwithstanding anything set out in these terms and conditions, we will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations if it is due to an event beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, war, industrial dispute, fire, flood, tempest or national emergencies. If so delayed we will be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for performing our obligations. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are only approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, damages, charges, costs or expenses caused by any delay in delivery of the goods.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire and only agreement between us.

Other than information on our website and information supplied with our goods you acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, warranty or representation given in relation to our goods (whether given by us or a third party). Nothing in the foregoing shall purport to exclude liability for fraud or deliberate concealment.

Personal injury

Except where we are negligent, we accept no liability for injury or damage caused by the improper use of any goods.


The exclusions and limitations set out in these terms and conditions do not affect (and are subject to) those of your statutory rights as a consumer which cannot be excluded by Law. For example, under current legislation, liability for fraud or injury/damage caused by our negligence cannot be excluded.

Third party rights

Only you and we shall be entitled to enforce these website terms. No third party shall be entitled to enforce any of these website terms, whether by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.
